I saw one of these while cruising some back roads last night and I thought "What the hell is that?" After a quick googling I came to the conclusion that what I saw was a 2012+ Ford Ranger Wildtrak. These come with a manual and a diesel engine is optional! I want one.
Couldn't get my own picture but I found this one.

So.... Where'd you spot it?

In Germany, somewhere along the B270.

Diesel's actually standard rather than optional, at least in most markets. You only get petrol ones in places with cheap fuel which leaves out anywhere in Europe.

I didn't know that, thanks!

Seriously. If they sold this with the diesel, I would buy it tomorrow.

Ford seems to prefer the non-American market, FoST Wagon, 3-door FieSTa, the Wildtrax, etc.
